Here is the restaurant "Musashino Udon Fujiwara" near Saitama Shintoshin.
Once Hidehiko Ishizuka, one of the comedy duo Honjamaka, visited that shop and admired them for the taste with his famous phrase "Maiu~ (delicious)".
The most popular menu is Niku-jiru Udon.
A lot of pork and Japanese leek (green onion) are in the soup.
